Questions we get a lot
What areas do you cover?
Jacksonville and the towns around it: St. Augustine, St. Johns, Orange Park, Yulee, Middleburg, Fernandina Beach, Callahan, Ponte Vedra and Nocatee. If you are just outside that area, send us the address and we'll tell you what we can do.
How do I get a quote?
Fill out the form on this page or text us. Tell us the date, the place and the look you are after, and we'll text you back with options and a price.
How much does balloon decor cost?
Arches, garlands, backdrops and room decor start at $300. Helium bouquets start at $100 and Grab & Go garlands at $150. The final price depends on the size, design and theme. Send us your idea and we'll text you a quote.
Can you recreate a photo I found on Pinterest or Instagram?
Yes, and that's the easiest way to work with us. Send the screenshot and we'll tell you what it takes to build it in your colors and your space.
Do you deliver, set up and take everything down?
Yes. We deliver, build the decor on site and come back for the takedown at a time that works for you. Takedown is included in the price. Room decor is the one exception: we decorate, and you take it down whenever you're ready.
What kind of events do you decorate?
Birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals and milestone parties, plus store, restaurant and office openings for business clients.
Can I pick up a garland and hang it myself?
Yes, that is our Grab & Go garland. We build it in your colors, you pick it up and hang it, and we show you how.
Do you do helium balloons and numbers?
Yes. Helium bouquets and number balloons in your colors, for pickup or delivery.
Can you set up at a venue, not just at home?
Yes. Homes, event halls, restaurants and storefronts. Tell us where it is and we'll plan the setup around the room and the time you have.
What do you need from me to start?
The date, the city, roughly how many guests, your colors and a photo of a look you like. That's enough for a quote.
How do we stay in touch?
By text. Fill out the form or text the number on this page and you'll have everything in writing, including the final setup time.
